Who we are

This website is run by Dannii Murphy, a vocalist based in Hampshire. If you have any questions about this policy or the information we hold, email music@danniimurphy.com.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the type and date of your event, the venue or location, and anything you write in the message.

Why we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss and arrange a possible booking. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell them or share them with anyone for their own purposes.

Who handles it

The form is processed by a third-party form service that passes your submission to us by email, where it is then held in our email account. These providers act on our behalf and are not allowed to use your details for anything else. Some may be based outside the UK; where that is the case, we take steps to make sure your information is protected to UK standards.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry doesn’t lead to a booking, we delete your details within 12 months. If you do book, we keep the relevant records for up to 6 years after the event, so we can meet our tax and accounting obligations and deal with any question or dispute that may come up. You can ask us to delete your details sooner where we’re not required by law to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Just email music@danniimurphy.com and we will help. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with a new date.
